“We went back through our lives. Nothing counted but thoroughness and honesty. When we were finished we considered it carefully.” Page 65 — How thorough should we be in our Fourth Step? How important are our lives? It’s crazy (literally?) how little value I placed on taking the time to be thorough in self-examination in my active addiction. I could not bear to look myself in the mirror for I had no hope in my redemption. But the steps change us, if we are honest, diligent, and thorough. Isn’t your life worth the effort?

Help one; save two. Happy Friday!
